The products must be in repairable condition to be considered for the warranty meaning that it doesn't look like it has been run over by a truck. After the warranty period is over you will be charged a flat $20 replacement fee plus shipping. You must first contact us by sending an email or call us for a RMA number that will allow us to track your return more efficiently. After receiving your RMA number, please fill out this form. You will receive your form in an email, be sure to print and return that with your shipment.
